SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCESS GUIDE

Step 1: Application Submission

Parents and guardians can apply for their child's admission through either of these methods:

  1. In-person: Collect and submit the application form at our reception desk
  2. Online: Submit the application form through our website

Note: Registration dates and timings will be announced on our social media platforms, print media, and the Latest News section of our website.

Step 2: Parent-Child Interaction

Selected candidates will be invited for an interaction session. Both parents must attend this meeting along with the child.

Step 3: Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates must undergo document verification. Please bring original documents along with photocopies.

Required Documents Checklist:

  1. Birth Certificate - Official document from Municipal Corporation or authorized authority
  2. Photographs - 2 passport-size photos of the child + 1 each of father and mother
  3. Aadhar Cards - Front and back copies for both parents and child
  4. Address Proof - Any one of the following:
    1. Election Card
    2. Electricity Bill
    3. Passport
    4. Ration Card
  5. Child Immunization Card
  6. For Single Parents - Custody proof with necessary legal documents

Verification Rights

The school reserves the right to physically verify any particulars of selected children as needed.

Admission Confirmation

  1. Registration does not guarantee admission
  2. Admission decisions are made by the Admissions Committee
  3. Only eligible children will receive admission offers
  4. Once admission is confirmed, formalities must be completed promptly
  5. Delayed responses may result in the seat being offered to the next eligible candidate
