Climate control is the top agenda of global leaders. It is now well comprehended by all the Nations that unless emphasis is made and actions are taken to control the climate degeneration, the world will face irreversible catastrophic damage. Paryavaran Sanrakshan Gatividhi (PSG), a nationwide organisation organised an All India School Paryavaran Competition (AISPC), supported by Ministry of Education & Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Control, on matters, issues related to environmental concerns & their possible solutions. The main aim of the program is to create awareness among students to comprehend in depth the complexity of the looming dangers of uncontrolled climate devastation From Doon International School, Srinagar under the supervision of esteemed Vice Principal Ms. Nowsheen Bashir this programme was co-ordinated by Ms. Rooma (HOD Science) and Ms. Arusa Farooq (HOD I.T). All teaching/ non-teaching staff has taken great efforts for the smooth conduct of the competition. Participants were briefed about the program and were advised on how to register themselves through online forms and then appear for an online quiz competition. All participating students have actively participated and were given an E-certificate by Paryavaran Sanrakshan Gatividhi with many of them scoring 100%. Students Who Scored 100% are Simra Skinder (Grade XII), Arsalan Ali (Grade XII), Miftah (Grade X), Arooj Farooq (Grade X), Mir Nidda (Grade X) and Sany Zehra (Grade X). Students Who Scored Between 90 - 99% are Faheem Manzoo (Grade XII), Tabin Hassan Sofi (Grade XII), Haya Skinder (Grade X), Aayat Fayaz (Grade IX), Arooj Ajmal Bhat (Grade IX), Taiba Parvez (Grade IX), Yusra Parvaiz Wani (Grade IX), Bariya Sajad (Grade X), Syed Duha (Grade X), Syed Mohammad Murtaza (Grade X) and Haya Sikander (Grade X), Students who scored less than 90% include Essa Bin Tariq Reshi (Grade XII), Aiman Hussain (Grade XII), Hadi Ashfaq Kitaba (Grade XII), Farman Qureshi (Grade IX), Syed Zia Afroze (Grade IX), Fiza Shafat (Grade X), Mohammad Zayan (Grade X), Tanzeela (Grade X), Abdul Hadi (Grade X), Durakshan Mehdi (Grade X), Hovriah (Grade X), Maliha Azhar (Grade X), Hibba Hilal (Grade X), Mohammad Basit Malik (Grade X) and Amaan Rafiq (Grade X).
