District Srinagar Squash Championship 2023:
It gives immense pleasure to share with you all that once again Doon
International School, Srinagar brought another fame and glorious moment to the
Doon family. Our 46 students took part in the District Srinagar Squash
championship and won 10 Gold, 05 Silver and 05 Bronze medals. The Championship
under MY YOUTH MY PRIDE INITIATIVE was declared open from 20th to 22nd July by
Mr. Hilal Ahmad Deputy Manager (Multi Sports Centre Gindun Rajbagh) at J&K
Sports Council Sports facilities at Squash Complex, Gindun Stadium Rajbagh,
Srinagar.
The Chief Guest also lauded the efforts of organizers for conducting
such events frequently and also encouraged students to their active participation.
In the three-day championship, more than 270 players participated in different
categories. The championship was held in collaboration & Sponsored by
J&K Sports Council under MY YOUTH MY PRIDE INITIATIVE.
