Highlights from DIMUN held at Doon school Srinagar on 25th and 26th May, 2024:
We had an incredible experience at the Diplomacy Initiatives Model United Nations (DIMUN) in Srinagar! This year, our youth-run organization provided an amazing platform for young minds to engage in critical discussions and develop their diplomatic skills. Hosted at the beautiful Doon School Srinagar, DIMUN 2024 featured six dynamic committees:
1. International Press (IP)
3. United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)
4. Anime (First of its kind!)
5. Lok Sabha
6. JKPP Jammu & Kashmir Political Party Meet (JKPPM)
Each committee brought forth lively debates and insightful resolutions, reflecting the passion and commitment of our delegates. From tackling global issues to exploring creative scenarios, DIMUN 2024 showcased the power of youth in shaping our future.
