Keeping in mind the resonance of the above mentioned words, Doon School, Srinagar, organized an Inter-house Quiz Competition for the students of classes 8th, 9th and 10th in the school auditorium on Friday, April 15, 22, in which the four houses, with ardent participants in each house gave a tough battle to each other in all the three rounds.
The rounds were oral round, buzzer and rapid fire round. The quiz lifted the level of interest to not only the participants but to the audience as well. The participants held their nerves and participated keenly. The audience got the chance to answer as well and this added to the fun at the contest.
The team which scored the maximum number of marks belonged to the house, Hoopoes. The Chairman of the school along with the Principal and Vice Principal congratulated the winners as well as other participants and wished them a bright future in their forthcoming quizzing endeavors.
