The sun rose on the waters of Dal Lake to perceive the reflections of dynamic hustle bustle of roller skaters of Doon International School, Srinagar on 28th September 2021.
The event was organised to put extra movement in otherwise stagnant life style of students during pandemic days. The early birds of Doon International School, along with all staff, that help, sped away towards Nishat Garden from Zabarwan Park, when the chief guest Mr. Showkat Hussain Khan flagged them off!
The entire event was meticulously planned and executed by faculty and administrative staff under the methodical guidance of Mr. Ashraf Dijoo.
Parents of the participants were seen moving along the skaters cheering them up!
At the closing ceremony chairman, principal and vice-principal gave away the medals and certificates.
The whole event was short but energetic and well organised.
