On 1st July,2022, 14 students and three adventure enthusiast teachers of Scindia School, Gwalior were received by Doon School, Srinagar. The Scindia after successfully completing their challenging expedition shared their valuable experience with students and faculty. They cycled from Jispa, Himanchal Pradesh to Kargil. The experiential learning, that Scindia students undergo during their tenure at the renowned boarding school is certainly the hallmark in education.
The Chairman of Doon School, Mr. Showkat Khan appreciated the Scindians. Mr. Khan, a fervent promoter of adventurous activities, promotes such initiatives. This interaction between the two schools strengthened the ties between faculty and students.The senior teachers and students of Scindia were overwhelmed by the hospitality they received at Doon School.
