One day Yoga session was
conducted by the Directorate of Ayush J&K under the supervision of Dr Roohi
Tabasum, Medical Officer, State Yoga Master Trainer. Students embraced the
power of Yoga at this special Yoga session organised on 17th June,
2023 in Doon School Srinagar. The yoga instructors namely Mr Younis, Mr Momin, Mr
Owais and Ms Shahida demonstrated various Yoga Asanas, breathing exercises and
Prayanas to the students.
