Today, Doon School Srinagar organised a unique and interactive virtual cultural exchange program titled **“Talk Over Cookies”** for Grade 5 students. This collaborative session was conducted with **Lexicon School, Maharashtra**, where students from both schools came together to learn, interact, explore and celebrate diversity in a fun and meaningful way.
Different groups presented on topics such as their state capital, languages spoken, neighbouring states, famous food items, traditional clothing and tourism highlights. Students also asked each other questions about daily life, taught simple sentences in their own language, and concluded with a song presentation from each state.
This exchange not only helped students gain knowledge about lifestyle, traditions, and cultural values from both sides, but also strengthened their confidence, communication skills, public speaking, and respect for diverse identities.
